Highlights of Croatia visit

  • This is the first-ever visit of a head of state from India to Croatia.
  • Croatia would assume European Union’s (EU) Presidency in the first half of 2020. Therefore, India seeks greater cooperation with Croatia, within the architecture of the EU, for finalizing a balanced India-EU Broad-based Trade and Investment Agreement.
