SCO’s joint exercise ‘Sary-Arka-Antiterror 2019’ announced
The council of the Regional Anti-terrorism Structure (RATS), an organ of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), decided to hold a joint anti-terrorism exercise ‘Sary-Arka-Antiterror’ between all members of SCO in 2019.
The exercise is likely to be held in Sary Arka region of Kazakhstan.
The decision to hold a joint exercise was announced during the 34th meeting of the RATS council held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and chaired by Russia.
