Supreme Court Refuses to Stay Sale of Electoral Bonds
On 26th March, the Supreme Court refused to stay the sale of electoral bonds before Assembly elections in crucial States like West Bengal, Tamil Nadu etc.
- A plea to stay the sale of a new set of electoral bonds between April 1-10, before Assembly elections in crucial States, was filed by NGO Association for Democratic Reforms.
