International Day to Protect Education from Attack

  • With the theme “Protect Education, Save a Generation” the first ‘International Day to Protect Education from Attack’ was observed on 9th September after United Nations General Assembly accepted a resolution introduced by Qatar.
  • It is being observed to raise awareness about the importance of safeguarding schools as places of protection and safety for educators and students.
