Greater Tipraland

On 14th February, 2023, the Tipraha Indigenous Progressive Regional Alliance (TIPRA) Motha again came up with the demand for a Greater Tipraland.

  • It demanded the Union government to carve out a separate state of 'Greater Tipraland' for the indigenous communities in Tripura under Article 2 and 3 of the Constitution.
