Dinesh Khara Committee
In February 2025, the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) formed a high-powered committee, led by former SBI chairman Dinesh Khara, to look into the proposed amendments to the Insurance Act, 1938 and suggest a framework for implementation of the same.
