​Public Accounts Committee (PAC)

  • On 12th February 2025, the PAC urged the government to reassess the existing rules that determine toll taxes on National Highways.
  • The Public Accounts Committees, both at the Centre and in the Provinces, were constituted for the first time, under the Montague–Chelmsford Reforms, in 1921.
