National Youth Parliament Scheme Web Portal
On 4th February 2026, the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs informed the Lok Sabha that the Ministry had unveiled an upgraded version of the National Youth Parliament Scheme (NYPS) web portal, known as NYPS 2.0.
- The key objectives of NYPS 2.0 are to strengthen the roots of democracy, inculcate discipline and tolerance for diverse views, and enable the student community and citizens to understand parliamentary procedures.
- NYPS 2.0 is open to all the educational institutions, groups and even individual citizens across the country regardless of gender, caste, creed, religion, race, region, place etc.
