EASE 5.0 'Common Reforms Agenda' for PSBs
Recently, government launched the fifth edition of Enhanced Access and Service Excellence (EASE 5.0), which spells out the common reforms agenda for public sector banks under the EASENext program.
- EASENext will have two components: EASE 5.0, which is a common reforms agenda for all PSBs, and a bank-specific medium-term action plan.

- Since all PSBs are now profitable and have stronger balance sheets, it has become essential for them to harness this advantage to further boost their competitiveness.
