Reservation Hike for OBC Category in Group-A and Group-B Jobs
- Recently, Chief Minister of Haryana announced an increase in reservation for backward classes in Group-A and Group-B jobs, from 15 per cent to 27 per cent.
- Also there will be an increase in the annual income limit for creamy layer from Rs 6 lakh to Rs 8 lakh, in line with the Centre.
- Also the backlog of Backward Class openings in groups A and B will be addressed on a priority basis, with plans ongoing for a special recruiting campaign.
