Paraguay President Peña visited India from June 2–4, 2025, to mark the 64th anniversary of diplomatic ties.

  • Counter-Terrorism and Multilateral Cooperation: Support for a unified international response, including the Comprehensive Convention on International Terrorism.
  • Trade and Investment: Agreed to expand trade under the India-MERCOSUR Preferential Trade Agreement. Technical dialogues to address market access and deepen economic ties.
