UNCBD: 16th Conference of Parties (CoP16)
The 16th Conference of Parties (CoP16) to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) was held from February 25 to 27, 2025, in Rome, Italy. The event was originally scheduled for Cali, Colombia, in November 2024, but was suspended and later resumed in Rome to finalize key decisions on global biodiversity conservation mechanisms.
