Centre Launches Nationwide Khet Bachao Abhiyan
On 1st June 2026, Union government launched the nationwide Khet Bachao Abhiyan at Ramsia village in Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh to promote soil conservation and scientific farming practices among farmers.

- Focus on Soil Conservation: Farmers will be educated on soil testing, Soil Health Cards, balanced fertiliser use, and water conservation techniques.
