Navachar Mantra Initiative

On 3rd June 2026, the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) launched ‘Navachar Mantra’initiative.

What is Navachar Mantra?

  • Grassroots Entrepreneurship: A national initiative focused on strengthening grassroots entrepreneurship and expanding opportunities for innovators across emerging India.
  • Objective: To promote grassroots entrepreneurship and scalable innovation across India, particularly in Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns, rural areas, aspirational districts, and underserved regions.
  • Implementation: Handled by the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD).
  • Technical Knowledge Partner: Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT), IIT Delhi.

Key Features

  • Target Group: Geared towards Indian citizens aged between 18 and 55 years living in aspirational districts, ....
