Freedom of Religion and Right to Privacy Interlinked: Supreme Court
In October 2025, in a landmark judgment, Supreme Court (SC) said the right to choose a religion is purely a personal choice and the state cannot regulate it as it violates the Fundamental rights of citizens enshrined in the Constitution.
