India & United Kingdom Deepen Comprehensive Partnership
On 8–9 October 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hosted the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer MP, on his first official visit to India.
- The visit marked a major milestone in advancing the India–UK Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, following the signing of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the adoption of the India–UK Vision 2035 and Defence Industrial Roadmap earlier in 2025.
