- Recently, as part of Mission SAGAR, Indian Naval Ship (INS) Kesari entered the Port of Maputo, Mozambique.
- SAGAR refers to Security And Growth for All in the Region.
- Launched in May 2020, Mission Sagar was India’s initiative to deliver COVID-19 related assistance to the Indian Ocean Littoral states.
