- The 'National Logistics Policy' (NLP)-2022, has outlined an inter-disciplinary, cross-sectoral, multi-jurisdictional and comprehensive policy framework for the logistics sector.
- Thus, the 'National Logistics Policy' complements the 'PM Gati Shakti Yojana'.
- Policies on foreign direct investment (FDI) are formulated by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
- DPIIT also maintains and manages foreign direct investment data into India, based on remittances by the Reserve Bank of India.
