3rd Australia-India Education and Skills Council Meeting
On 8th December 2025, India and Australia reaffirmed their commitment to deepening cooperation in skills development, workforce mobility and sports-sector opportunities during the 3rd Australia-India Education and Skills Council (AIESC) Meeting held in New Delhi.
- Both nations acknowledged growing ties and agreed to accelerate the operationalisation of the Mutual Recognition of Qualifications to support smooth professional mobility.
- Discussions included co-designing bridge courses enabling skilled professionals to transition across sectors more efficiently.
