60th DGP/IGP Conference
- The 60th All-India Conference of Directors General of Police and Inspectors General of Police was held in Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh, from 28–30 November 2025.
- Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired the conference.
- Theme: “Viksit Bharat: Security Dimensions.”
- Objective: To review progress on key policing challenges and prepare a visionary roadmap for a secure India.
- During the conference:
- The Prime Minister awarded the President’s Police Medal (Distinguished Service)
- The Union Home Minister awarded the Police Medal for Meritorious Service
- Trophies were presented to the country’s top three police stations
