Guidelines for Import of Live Seaweeds into India
On 25th October 2024, the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying notified comprehensive guidelines for the import of live seaweeds into India, aimed at bolstering the seaweed industry and supporting coastal communities' economic development while ensuring biosecurity.
