​Pradhan Mantri Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana Completes 10 Years

On 28th October, 2024, the Pradhan Mantri Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana (PMVKY) completed ten years of its implementation.

Objectives of PMVKY

  • Improving the quality of life in tribal areas
  • Improving the quality of education
  • Qualitative and sustainable employment for tribal families
  • Bridging infrastructure gaps with focus on quality
  • Protection of tribal culture and heritage

Coverage: It covers all tribal people and all areas with tribal population across the country.
