Second India-Australia Annual Summit
On 19th November 2024, on the sidelines of the G20 Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Indian Prime Minister and Australian Prime Minister held the second India-Australia Annual Summit.
- The leaders reviewed progress under the India-Australia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (CSP) and set ambitious goals for its fifth anniversary in 2025.

Economy, Trade and Investments
- Satisfaction over increasing trade and market access through the India-Australia Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement (ECTA).
- Commitment to negotiating a Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (CECA).
- Renewal of the Australia-India Business Exchange (AIBX) programme for four years.
Energy, Science and Space
