Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI)
- The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has found itself at the centre of a huge controversy in the wake of the probe that the US has launched into some of Adani's dealings.
- It was incorporated in 2011 as a not-for-profit company under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956, and transitioned to a commercial entity in 2015 under Section 3 of the Companies Act, 2013.
