India, Israel Sign Pact to Boost Defence Ties
On 4th November 2025, India and Israel signed a new memorandum of understanding (MoU) in Tel Aviv to expand their wide-ranging defence cooperation, with a focus on strategic dialogues, military training, defence-industrial partnerships and advanced technology collaboration.
- The pact prioritises enhanced collaboration in advanced defence capabilities, including science and technology, innovation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and research & development.
- Both sides agreed to broaden military-to-military cooperation through training programmes, professional exchanges and structured strategic dialogues on shared security challenges.
- The MoU aims to boost defence-industrial cooperation by promoting co-development and co-production of advanced systems, enabling both nations to leverage each other’s technological strengths.
