Six Cities Granted “Smart City” Status
- On 29th October 2025, the Rajasthan Government approved a Jaipur Smart City Limited (JSCL) proposal.
- Under the state’s Clean and Green Ecological Cities Initiative, six cities will be developed as Smart Cities.
- These cities are: Mandawa, Khatu Shyamji, Bhiwadi, Alwar, Bikaner, and Bharatpur.
