Uttar Pradesh Accessible Trade (Ease of Doing Business) Amendment Ordinance 2025
- On 28th October 2025, the Uttar Pradesh Government approved the Uttar Pradesh Accessible Trade (Ease of Doing Business) Provisions Amendment Ordinance 2025 in its cabinet meeting, under which the maximum number of offences have been removed.
- This ordinance amends a total of 13 industrial and trade laws.
- The amended acts include the Factories Act, Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, Motor Transport Workers Act, and the Contract Labour Act.
