India and Japan to Boost Bilateral Cooperation
On 24th May, 2022, India’s Prime Minister held a bilateral meeting with the Prime Minister of Japan. Both leaders had productive exchange of views on enhancing bilateral relations in various spheres as well as on some regional and global issues.

- Bilateral Security and Defence Cooperation: The two countries agreed to further enhance bilateral security and defence cooperation, including in the area of defence manufacturing.
