Prime Minister’s Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS)
- Recently, the Union Government has extended Prime Minister’s Special Scholarship Scheme for students of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh for another five years.
- The Scheme was introduced in 2011 to provide funding to 5,000 meritorious students each year to study in both private and Government educational institutions in India.
