Supreme Court’s Directions Regarding POSH Act
On 12th May, 2023, in a significant judgment, the Supreme Court (SC) of India issued a slew of directions for the proper implementation of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 [POSH Act] all over the country.
