On 16th May 2025, the Global Report on Food Crises (GRFC) 2025 was launched by the Global Network Against Food Crises (GNAFC) in collaboration with Food Security Information Network (FSIN).
- The GRFC provides in-depth analysis of food and nutrition crises at the global, regional and country level.

- Severe Hunger: In 2024, 295.3 million people in 53 countries faced food insecurity — an increase of 13.7 million from 2023.
- Famine Conditions: Countries like Nigeria, Sudan, and Myanmar are facing famine-like situations.
- Humanitarian Aid Cuts: Aid cuts, especially by the USA, are worsening crises ....
