- Reactor: 83 MW pressurized water reactor (PWR) developed by BARC.
- Propulsion: Nuclear-powered, 47,000 hp; 24 knots submerged, 15 knots surfaced.
Weapons
- SLBMs: 4 tubes, each can carry 3 K-15 (750 km) or 1 K-4 (3,500 km). Total of 12 K-15 or 4 K-4 missiles.
