You are the District Magistrate (DM) of a backward and tribal-dominated district. Recently, a serious infectious disease has been spreading rapidly, leading to a steady increase in mortality rates among children and the elderly. The government has launched a special and free vaccination drive to prevent this disease. However, a local and highly influential 'self-styled godman' has spread a rumor among his followers that this vaccine is a government conspiracy to reduce the tribal population and make them weak. He has carried out massive 'Propaganda' against it through social media, local gatherings, and pamphlets.
Consequently, there is heavy hesitancy and fear ....
