DPS Flamingo Lake Designated as a Conservation Reserve
- Recently, in a landmark decision for urban wildlife conservation, the Maharashtra State Wildlife Board declared DPS Flamingo Lake as a conservation reserve.
- This mark the first time a wetland in the Thane Creek Flamingo Sanctuary’s (TCFS) satellite ecosystem will receive such protection.
