MoUs Signed at ‘Dugdha Swarn Mahotsav’
- Recently, the Uttar Pradesh government signed 59 MoUs worth over ₹3,000 crore during the “Dugdha Swarn Mahotsav” held in Lucknow, marking 50 years of the Dairy Development Department.
- The agreements were signed with major private players such as Ananda Dairy, Gyan Dairy, and Param Dairy.
- These 59 MoUs are expected to generate over 13,000 employment opportunities in the state.
- Investments will focus on establishing dairy plants, milk chilling centres, cattle feed units, and strengthening cold chain infrastructure.
