Project 'Niramay'
Assam’s National Health Mission, in conjunction with Piramal Swasthya and Cisco, developed the “Niramay” initiative to show how digital health technology may be used to improve public health care delivery in the state.
About ‘Niramay’
- The initiative aims to leverage the learnings of the pilot to facilitate Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission roll out in the state
- It envisaged national guidelines to develop digital backbone on transforming healthcare delivery in the state and nation.
- This initiative is based on Piramal Swasthya’s indigenous integrated health technology platform ‘AMRIT’.
