India’s Notice to Pakistan on Indus Waters Treaty
On 25th January, 2023, India sent a notice to Pakistan calling for modifications to the Indus Waters Treaty (IWT). India sent the notice as per Article XII (3) of the IWT that deals with the “final provisions” of the treaty.
