ICJ Orders Israel to Take Preventive Measures against Genocidal Acts
On 26th January, 2024, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) issued an interim ruling, directing Israel to take all necessary measures to prevent genocidal acts in Gaza. However, the court refrained from ordering an immediate ceasefire.
