  • However, legally the name of the organization will remain 'Commonwealth Games Federation'.
  • CGF is an international organization responsible for organizing and managing the Commonwealth Games.
  • It was founded in 1930, and its headquarters is located in London, England.
  • First games held in 1930 in Hamilton, Canada.
  • These games are held every 4 years.
  • Only players from Commonwealth countries participate in these games.
