Immigration and Foreigners Bill, 2025
On 27th March 2025, the Immigration and Foreigners Bill, 2025, was passed in Lok Sabha to regulate immigration, entry, and stay of foreigners in India.
Legislative Background It repeals four existing Acts, modernizing immigration laws.
