National Workshop on Strengthening India's Innovation Ecosystem
On 22nd March 2025, NITI Aayog organised a National Workshop on "Building Synergies in Indian Innovation Ecosystem" at GIFT City (Gujarat).
- Aim: Enhancing India’s innovation landscape.
- Partners: Gujarat Council on Science & Technology (GUJCOST), Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of Gujarat.
- Focus: With a strong focus on fostering cross-sectoral synergies, the event covered key topics such as R&D investments, state innovation policies, global trends, and grassroots entrepreneurship.
Collaborative Efforts
- Central government’s dedication to creating an enabling environment for innovation, entrepreneurship, and technological advancements was highlighted.
- Underscored the importance of collaborative efforts between the government, academia, and industry to drive innovation.
