Exercise Lamitiye 2026

  • The 11th edition of the India-Seychelles joint military exercise “Lamitiye 2026” was conducted from 9 to 20 March 2026 in Seychelles.
  • It is hosted at the Seychelles Defence Academy.
  • “Lamitiye” means “friendship” in the Creole language.
