Brindavan Gram Scheme
- Recently, Madhya Pradesh government launched the Brindavan Gram Scheme.
- It aims promote rural development and increase farmers’ incomes.
- Under the scheme, one gram panchayat will be selected from each of the 313 blocks in Madhya Pradesh.
- The scheme also contains provisions for the following:
- Establishment of gaushalas (cow sheds) in selected gram panchayats.
- Promotion of milk production.
