SC’s Interim Order on Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025
On 15th September 2025, the Supreme Court (SC) declined to suspend the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025 in its entirety, but stayed the operation of certain contentious provisions pending further judicial scrutiny.
