Multi Modal Logistics Park
On 24th August, 2022, a tripartite MoU was signed by National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) and Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) for swift development of modern Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) under Bharatmala Pariyojna.
- The goal is to consolidate freight centrally and lower logistics spending from 14 per cent of GDP to less than 10 per cent, in line with international standards.
About Multimodal Logistics Parks (MMLPs)
