National Judicial Data Grid (NJDG)
- Launched in 2015, it is a part of the e-Courts Integrated Mission Mode Project.
- It aims to track judicial performance across different courts in the country.
- It also serves as a decision support system to the management authorities like Supreme Court and respective High Courts, to monitor pendency on varied attributes for effective decision-making.
- Through the eCourts services platform using elastic search technology, currently litigants can access case status information in respect of over 23.58 crore cases and more than 22.56 crore orders / judgments pertaining to these computerized courts as on date.
