- On 5thAugust, 2024, theSecurities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’) issued a circular to all asset management companies (‘AMCs’) and mutual funds (MFs), calling upon them to establish institutional mechanisms to curb front running and fraudulent securities transactions.
