AI Tool ‘SabhaSaar’ for Gram Sabhas

On 14th August 2025, the Union Ministry of Panchayati Raj announced the launch of ‘SabhaSaar,’ an artificial intelligence-powered tool designed to automatically generate structured minutes of gram sabha meetings from video and audio recordings.

  • The SabhaSaar tool leverages advanced AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to transcribe spoken discussions, identify key decisions and action points, and produce well-formatted minutes of meetings.
