India-Japan Deepen Special Strategic and Global Partnership
Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Japan from 29–30, 2025 August for the 15th India–Japan Annual Summit with his Japanese counterpart, Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba. This marked his eighth visit to Japan and his first Annual Summit with Japan’s PM, setting a new momentum in the Special Strategic and Global Partnership.
