NABL Medical Application Portal
On 19th August 2025, the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), a constituent board of the Quality Council of India (QCI), launched a new Medical Application Portal designed for laboratories seeking accreditation under ISO 15189:2022.
- The portal provides a simplified and well-organized step-by-step process, ensuring that laboratories can easily navigate and complete their applications without confusion.
- To ensure uniformity and reduce documentation errors, the portal includes pre-designed templates that laboratories can adopt.
- Before starting the application, labs can access a checklist that helps them verify compliance with the mandatory requirements of ISO 15189:2022.
